1. Services
Blanc Studios provides creative production services across film, music, fashion, digital content, and related creative disciplines. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis and may involve freelance collaborators.

2. Project Agreements
All work undertaken by Blanc Studios is subject to a written agreement, proposal, or confirmed scope of work. This will outline deliverables, timelines, fees, and any specific project terms. No work will commence until terms are agreed by all parties.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed prior to the start of a project. Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in delayed delivery of work or suspension of services.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Project cancellations, postponements, or significant changes must be communicated as early as possible. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation may be chargeable. Additional costs may apply if project scope or requirements change after agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Blanc Studios retains ownership of all creative materials until full payment is received

Upon payment, usage rights are granted to the client as outlined in the project agreement

Blanc Studios reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes
Third-party assets (music, fonts, stock footage, etc.) are subject to their own licensing terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and costs.
7. Credits & Promotion
Where appropriate, Blanc Studios and its collaborators may be credited for their work. We may reference client projects in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Blanc Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project, except where prohibited by law.
9. Confidentiality
All sensitive information shared during a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where legally required.
10. Freelance & Third Parties
Blanc Studios operates with a network of trusted freelance professionals. While we manage and oversee all projects, individual collaborators may contribute to services delivered.
11. Website Use
All content on the Blanc Studios website is owned by or licensed to Blanc Studios. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.
12. Termination
Blanc Studios reserves the right to terminate services if these Terms & Conditions are breached, including non-payment or misuse of intellectual property.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
